San Francisco, your micro-climates certainly do not disappoint.
I met up with Justin, Kim and their four month old baby boy, Nathan at Fort Point a few weeks ago — they’d come out from the east bay for their shoot, and San Francisco was sunny and hot that day…really hot! Except of course for the location of our shoot, which was like an icy little wind tunnel. I’ve lived here for six years and still I never learn…
Frostiness aside, I loved the location. I’ve been wanting to do a family shoot at Fort Point for a while now, and I was so excited when Justin and Kim opted for this spot. The architecture and the colors and the light are incredible…
Somehow while everyone else’s teeth were chattering, Nathan braved the wind tunnel like a champ. And I couldn’t get over his amazing hair! It was like a perfect upward bound wave. After a quick stop at the car to bundle him up a little more (like a little bear! See below :) we headed over to Crissy Field for a last round of photos.
